I think a Female Two Face would have been victim of misogyny who was left disfigured in a acid attack by her abusive boyfriend or husband (since they do happen outside the Muslim world) which was the final straw for her which she's now a feminist anti-heroine or anti-villain striking back against patriarchy that got her disfigured in the first place.
