Pretty nice drawing, but I can't see Demona working with Joker...not for very long anyway. After a short while, I think she'd grow to hate Joker. Not to mention Joker would double-cross her the first chance he got. I can however see her working with Poison Ivy or maybe even Ra's Al Ghul.
